7. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
• Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment may incur charges.
• Rescheduling is based on availability.
• No-shows may be charged in full or lose their deposit.
• Weather-related rescheduling will be handled reasonably.
8. Delivery of Digital Files and Prints
Digital media is delivered electronically. Physical prints are shipped to the address provided.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability

• Third-party platform errors
• Missed SMS notifications caused by carrier delays
Our liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
